Terms and Conditions for Wagering and Bonuses

Eligible to enter promotions

Eligibility for promotions is limited to players who have registered and played for real before the start date of this promotion (= existing members). New members will automatically receive the 100% Welcome Bonus with their initial deposit.
Employees, service providers, associated companies, affiliate partners and direct families of such persons shall not be eligible for promotions.
Players from China, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are excluded for all promotions. Players from these countries can request manual promotions when they have a substantial gaming history.

Only one account

Only one (1) Real Account is allowed and all promotions are available only once per; household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

If you already have multiple accounts you are NOT eligible for multiple bonuses in your additional accounts. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

Bonus money

When receiving a promotional bonus, User will be wagering with his own funds first. A pre-set wagering level will be set per promotional bonus, and not until this level has been reached will User be able to withdraw the bonus amount. If User decides to cash-out before reaching the pre-set wagering level, User will forfeit the bonus amount back to the Casino. This is in the interest of fair play considering that any wager in our games can return a sizeable winning. The pre-set wagering level will be announced for each promotional bonus.
If a player makes a bet that includes bonus money, any winnings become bonus money until the specified wagering requirements are met. For more details click here. The wagering requirements are specified for each promotion separately. All games count toward these requirements.

Unfair gaming practices

No-risk wagers (such as wagering on red and black simultaneously) and transference of bonuses/cashback into another player account through opposite wagers on certain games will be considered as an attempt to abuse the promotional bonus and result in the immediate closure of players account as well as forfeiture of all funds. We reserve the right to bar any promotional abusers from receiving this or any further promotions, as well as the right to pass on any information regarding abusers to WebDollar and Boss Media AB. All persons regarded by Boss Media AB or WebDollar to be promotional abusers lose membership at all gaming companies utilizing WebDollar and Boss Media AB services.

Publicity

If, while playing our games, you win a sum regarded by the management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by us. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names in any announcement about promotion results.

Transaction costs

The standard discount on the transaction costs for deposits and withdrawals will not be applicable when the deposited amount has not been wagered twice. The related transaction fees will be charged when a withdrawal has been requested. The withdrawal type can be changed by the casino management. In the case of any dispute about deposits, withdrawals or bonus, players will be charged with all related transaction costs. This includes transactions where no bonus money is involved. Casino administration costs will be applicable.

In case of a dispute

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Manager, Boss Media AB or WebDollar will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.

Original account holder

Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

Expiration date

Management reserves the right to change or end this promotional offer at any time prior to the expiry date mentioned above.
